Evolve (Men Only)

For men – strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.

Pilates was originally created by a man, for men – and our Evolve class honours that tradition. 

While all of our classes are open to everyone, these sessions are tailored specifically to benefit the male body and training goals.

Expect a challenging, full-body workout that builds strength, improves mobility, and enhances posture. 

Additional benefits include stress relief and long-term injury prevention, making this class the perfect complement to other sports or training routines.

Open to all men, no prior Reformer experience necessary.
