Essence (Level 1)

For beginners – building the foundations of Reformer Pilates.

Essence is the ideal starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or those wishing to revisit the basics. 

This class offers a slower pace, giving you time to explore the equipment and master the core principles of Pilates in a supportive environment.

You’ll be guided through gentle, full-body movements designed to stretch, strengthen, and connect body and mind. 

Small equipment may also be incorporated to enhance your practice.

We recommend completing 4 Essence classes before moving on to Energise (Level 2).
