Empower (Level 3)

For advanced clients – pushing strength, endurance, and control.

Empower is our most challenging class, tailored for clients with a strong Reformer Pilates foundation. 

With advanced exercises, faster transitions, and increased intensity, this class will test both body and mind.

Using small equipment and optional jumpboard, you’ll target specific muscle groups, build stamina, and enjoy a true high-energy, full-body workout.

To attend, we recommend completing 4 Essence and 4 Energise classes first
